I have been here today with my family .It is horrible. I have just read recent reviews from people on Google ,I understand and feel the same way. First ,we got the seat at level 2 outside area. After 5 minutes we got seated ,there is a guy with his jacket on and uniform underneath was smoking behind us. That was very not professional and plus you shouldn't have break at your work place but not at the break room at the back. He is tall slim guy. This is the first one . Second ,we have paid and want to ask some take away containers, the guy who came to tell us that is the same guy smoked at the table next to the customer. He said ,we have no more take away container and plus no paper bag ,we are waiting for shipment. I don't know how can a restaurant operate without simple take away container and paper bag. How you guys service customers who wants to have takeaway instead of dine in. and finally he said well ,I can get the manager come out and speak to you .and I said okay and we waited .The manager didn't come and he went back to coffee machine and doing whatever he were doing. The reason for one star review here it is for staff called Miguel .I have asked him for take away container and then he went downstairs.it is that simple ,he is very good and polite. I hope this review draw attention to the management team and retrain all your staff well and improve your services to meet the BASIC STANDARDS.

Great food and good service. Got accidentally charged for something we didn't order but the manager got it sorted really quick. Definitely would go back there. The food was all good but the Sticky Pork Belly was what really got me.

Really disappointing. Besides the good beer the food was really disappointing. Three of us ordered mussels and a few in the pot were so off it was nauseating. Two steaks whilst cooked to perfection were tough and stringy. Sorry won't be back

Saturday night about 6, got a table upstairs on the balcony looking over the mission bay, awesome, bit chilly but they provide blankets, service was good, waited a little for the food but was worth, I had the blue cheese burger, so full of blue cheese flavor, loved it, partner had prawn cocktail which was perfect she said, looks like their own sauce so much better than the bottled stuff, she also had the caesar salad, was good but chicken a little dry. Cant give them a 10 because of the chicken but good 9 for sure, highly recommended

Horrible food & customer service. Its nowhere like it used to be many years ago. Grilled mussel plate - over grilled and very dry. Mussel pot - half of mussels had no sauce, half with too much. Better places around for the money spent. Check out unattended and so waited over 5 minute to pay. Waitress not fluent with English. They should be graded E from council - food litters everywhere not cleaned. Table, chair and floor all extreme dirty. Would never go back.

Calamari chewy, Butchers Block abit over rated. Didn't say that everything would be covered in spicy sauce. I do not do spicy and if this dish had said spicy I would not have ordered it. I did enjoy the calamari and pork bits but this came under spare ribs which was covered in spicy sauce. Salad was delicious. Very low rating given, sorry.

Went for the kg of mussels as the wife craved mussels all pregnancy. Food was awesome as always. We only had seafood but the mussels and the squid were spot on
