Manukau branch manager not friendly, and also even eyes to the claims. The complain phone waiting for the ages , no one answer ! Hopefully NZ internal affairs need Change to the good staff for working at Manukau , so there will be make better team !

Not as friendly as the other passport offices. Greeted by snooty staff. And you really could try being polite.

A big THANK YOU to all staff at Auckland Passport Office. I was treated so kindly by everyone from your very nice security guard, to the receptionists, and those at the counters. Some worked overtime to get my passport out on time for a flight. What a wonderful bunch of people. My gratitude is HUGE! Well done to all. Have a good year. (Tony Hutchins)

If I could give you 100 stars I would! I'm so impressed by how quickly you gave me a new passport but even more than that I was blown away by how kind and compassionate everyone I encountered at the office! Thank you kindly for your efforts! P.S. I highly recommend making an appointment online first before visiting and the elevators only let you go up to the 6th floor once it hits 8:30am (I went on a Monday)

Well organized system of service no stress just make sure you have everything you need.The office has moved to Parnell. No visible signage to indicate they are there. Free parking outside.about 5 spaces
