Thank you Karen for organizing a great day out on Waiheke for my friend's stag do back in November last year. Throughout the organization process, Karen was very contactable and extremely helpful in working out a great plan for the day. We had age ranges from early 20s to late 50s but the way the event was organized meant everyone had a really great time and we got to see a good amount of Waiheke Island at the same time. It was great value and because Karen sorts everything you don't have to worry about all the little details and can just enjoy the day. I highly recommend an experience like this. Thanks again Karen.

Karen and the team at Destination Waiheke are amazing event planners. We recently had our Christmas function and everything ran really smoothly. They organised our transport, transfers, event and lunch. In particular I have to recommend "The Great Escape Island Challenge" - this event is so much fun and the slideshow at the end is hilarious.
Thank you Karen, that was the best event we've had so far! Super smooth, so easy dealing with you, very clear communication and flawless organisation. Fun, challenging activities with Rob and Lynn that added a team building aspect, and then pure relaxation with excellent food and service at the Batch Winery. Would definitely do this again, everyone in our group of 40 thoroughly enjoyed themselves!
Karen and the team provided us with a wonderful Christmas party on the beautiful Waiheke. Destination Waiheke was so accommodating and helped to plan an event that made the most of our budget. Lawn Bowls was such a fun arvo activity and dinner at the Batch Winery was delish. What an amazing way to end the year! Thanks so much.
Thank you to Karen & Lavinia from Destination Waiheke Island for ensuring our Executive Team Xmas lunch at Man O War was a huge success - everything went like clock work, we didn't need to worry about a thing - it was a stunning day and the location and food at Man O War was sensational - our team were able to really relax and enjoy the little extras provided, like the lawn games which really made the day extra special!

The team organised a wonderful day of zip-lining and lunch at Stoneyridge. Everything was all organised, on time, down to collection bus, timetable etc. The zip lining at EcoZip was great and the food at Stoneyridge was wonderful
