Not the best experience. Not super clear on what happens next from the nurse and felt told off for the ear drops I had used despite I was told to use them and the nurse never asked who told me to use them. I was expected to know what I can and can't put in my ears despite not being in the medical field at all

A very excellent and pleasant experience received from the friendly and helpful people who certainly know what good customer service means. From initial email contact to visit, with warm welcome from Hannah in reception to Min the Audiologist, who explained everything in a very friendly, clear and helpful manner.
