Direct Sewing Machines is my one stop shop for all my sewing requirement. They provide excellent service, are very responsive and professional and their machines are good quality and good value for money. I have bought 5 machines from them for my business all of which have helped tremendously increase my productivity. Shay has personally delivered and installed my last machine here in Waiheke Island. I can call at any time and nothing is too much trouble. They are problem solvers if you are initially learning how to drive your industrial and always willing to walk you through any issues. I highly recommend them not only your machines requirements of which they have a big range to select from but also for your sewing needs such as cottons, needles parts etc. you won’t be disappointed! 5 stars and well deserving.

Bought the Ricoma TC 1501 7S from this company in Auckland as I get a lot of my supplies from them over the years, they are the most nicest guys I have come across in a long time definitely not pushy sales people, extremely helpful go out of their way with great service (they do need to take time off from working though). They went 2hrs drive out of their way to deliver my machine personally to the waikato, stayed for quite a while making sure I was all set up and ready to go. I know I can ring, text or email 24/7 they are awesome like that. I went for this deal as it is a commercial grade product for the same money (but more accessories) as a domestic 10 needle brand, Plus all the accessories that come with it specially the hat station and hoop also a bobbin winder with 11 hoops and a table for bigger flat embroidery why would you even contemplate a smaller machine that bounces on the table plus this monster is so quiet. Sorry this review is so long but I am passionate about supporting and being loyal to a fantastic kiwi company like Direct Sewing Machines and Supplies and if I had anything bad to say I definitely would as I have in the past. Way to go Shay (manager) and Prem (technician) you are awesome.

If you are looking for a sewing machine or accessories, look no further. The staff here extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If I needed sn accessory for a project they have helped me with what I need. If the accessory is not available for my machine, as it isn't made for my machine, they have come up with or thought about a work around. I cannot recommend this place highly enough for service and product. Many thanks to the team at Direct Sewing Machines and Supplies.

Recently brought 2 machines from Direct Sewing. I was hesitant not knowing the Zoje brand. Shay was very knowledgeable and i am luvving the machines. When i broke a needle and threw the timing out their friendly , prompt mechanic fixed it at no charge to me. Incredible service rarely seen these days. Very happy all round.
