terrible "service" booked well in advance using online service and never heard anything back,tried calling 15 mins after booking and they didnt care so i gave up. would give zero stars if possible.(4 days later still never heard back at all via email or txt)
Taxi arrived 10 minutes late though ordered day before. The driver did not know any of the details, which I had given online. Didn't know where to pick up the additional passengers. Didn't know where we were going. Didn't know where Auckland Waterfront Theatre was.
Such lousy Service. Incompetent and unreliable. Booked for a group of 8 adults and 2 babies A WEEK BEFORE ARRIVAL WORTH 55 CASH. But they came up with a van only good for 6pax. And telling us ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL to book again for another van for an extra cost of 45 CASH. SUCH A CORRUPT COMPANY. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN. I AM TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDING THEM.
Drivers are always at the house on time. Normally 5 minutes before booked time. Always ask what way you want to go if more than one way.
wait during more than 30 min after the hour. and no taxi i had to cancel it !
