paid for fins to be ordered in, for a birthday gift. Short time frames where highlighted to make sure it was achievable. No contacted was made and when I went back in to check on progress the salesperson said "we did have them here but have been sold" they were not willing to give immediate refund and would need to do a bank transfer later on, after persistence a cash refund was given so I could purchase elsewhere. While there, they also could not find someone's dive bottles. First impressions did not live up to, or did not get anywhere near the meaning of service.

a bit upset... now i’ve waited 3 weeks and still haven’t received a confirmation or anything saying i have my certification, and haven’t replied to emails, but dive course was good and fun. staff were friendly

Would recommend for their Open Water dive course. The shop also sells/rents underwater gear. Massive props to Kalani and James for teaching us, and making everyone feel safe and confident with our diving skills! Big up yourselves! The course only had 6 students with 2 instructors (one in training), which makes you feel well looked after underwater. Wish the shop would organise local dive trips. :)
