I have never left a bad review before, however their after sales support is very disappointing, after spending 2.5k you expect them to answer the phone or respond to email in a timely manner. It appears they wish to do it all online, so hopefully this will drive a response. I have a grounded drone and need support check your ticket system.

Good experience. They really like to push the refurbished models (probably the most profit for them). I went in knowing what I wanted though so no big deal.

The best place to deal with - staff members are so polite and one of the guy was so patient with me and spent lots of time to rectify the issue of my existing drone however as I was in rush for shoot eventually I ended up to buy new drone as a backup plan. much appreciated for your amazing customer service

I took my Mavic 2 to Ferntech with a transmission signal problem. I had all of my gear with me and they didn't want to let me show them what it was doing. I could have shown them with 100% certainty what it was doing. Nope, just leave the drone and RC they said. Their diagnostic abilities are terrible. Of course they couldn't get it to do it, so rather than do as I asked them they just want to send it off and I'm sure they would have tried to push a refurb on me rather than just fix my drone. Then they have the audacity to try and charge me 180, did I mention I had to practically beg them to actually fly it? They weren't even going to fly it. I ended up only paying 100 with shipping to get it back. I ended up contacting a competitor of theirs who I'll be giving a raving review since they knew pretty much what the problem was before even seeing the drone. I sent it to them on Monday and got it back on Thursday completely repaired, and they actually flew it without me having to request it. Now that's service!

Well, I bough a Polarpro Nd Filter (end of December) and waited for more than a week and nothing, I contacted them and they said, ohh yes we don't have it on stock so it will take 2 to 3 weeks to be delivered. ok 6 weeks later, nothing! and not a word from them, I contacted them again, and guess what, they told me, ohh yeah sorry, the Nd filter wont be here until March!!!!! worse part the didnt even take a minute to email me and let me know, so I wasted all this time waiting for it to never get it, just cancelled the order, never buying with them again.
