So annoying, cannot find exact information about when domestic terminal starts check-in service in the morning?

Extremely efficient, but would suggest you get there an hour before your flight to avoid waiting around, unless you have lounge passes. Overall very swift experience and Air NZ is always great!
Air New Zealand, Domestic, Auckland Airport in Level 3 is really efficient. They comply with all the Government rules and regulations for alert Level 3. If people where not complying with Level 3 rules Air New Zealand staff quickly applied the correct Level 3 rules and regulations for those that were not following them.
Flown to Napier with Air NZ, alongside my pet as my checked-in bag. It was my first time travelling with a pet, and did not consider the possible accidents along the way. I was quite stressed out and same goes for the poor cat. The Air NZ check in staff were very helpful, too bad I wasn't able to get her name. She was very understanding and helped me with checking my cat in. The Auckland airport security and baggage team were also helpful with checking my carrier and handling my cat. Overall, not so good experience but the staff were very helpful which made it easier and I appreciate their help very much
Very helpful to our granddaughter who was traveling to Queenstown
Welcoming staff and good amount of signs/details. Had a very pleasant flight down to Christchurch with Air New Zealand.
