Bought a New Yorker tonight. Very disappointed in the scanty filling. Is not pleasant to eat at all. Staff were nice but the pizza, yeah nah. Dry like chewing cardboard. Sorry After a couple of pieces its gone in the bin. I don't expect a reply as looking at the reviews they only acknowledge the good ones

Pizza took 20 minutes longer than stated online. Then it sat for another 5 minutes before anyone even brought it out. None of the 5 pizzas ordered were deep pan like ordered. One pizza was missing its sauce and 2 pizzas were missing the additional toppings added. Terrible service not even an apology for it being late

Poor customer service. Ordered online for delivery at 6.30, that was fine, pizza was good. However they forgot a item. The delivery driver said he will bring it straight back. 3 hours later and 3 phone calls and I finally get the remaining item, the delivery driver was trying to sneak it onto my deck without me noticing. I never got an apology for being so late from him or the staff I spoke to on the phone. A simple I'm sorry for taking so long is easy.

My local.... great staff and they always get my order correct. A great way to stretch out 5 into a filling meal that's yum and easy... plus the spicy chicken is great too
