After the complaint I've read on social media, I will be telling my family and friends to avoid this store as I am not having any of my family or friends deal with the poor customer service, and feel in danger that your workers will call the police and lie that there are big islanders with weapons over something so simple that should have been resolved with a refund as it was clearly your guys stupid mistake instead you wanted to be difficult. Please teach your worker customer service skills cause reading your past reviews its a regular occurrence of bad customer service.

Horribly rude workers who wouldn’t listen to what I had to say and insisted that I hadn’t ordered what I know I ordered due to a system error. Really dissatisfied and disappointed and unlikely to return. I’m not one to complain about my food but my pizza was missing two ingredients and I was still charged full price. Wouldn’t worry me much if I hadn’t been yelled at when I brought it up though.

My 3 pizzas were more vegetarian than meat pizzas. Lots of sauce and veges but hardly any meat. Won't be ordering from here again

Order Placed for Pepperoni with Extra Toppings. Order Time: 1205 Pickup Time : 1230 Date : 23’August’2020 Reason for giving 1 star. Customer Service No Greeting i.e. Morning, Hello, Hi. No Thanks after payment. No Smile on the face of the representative who was serving, i felt like he was being rude, who would serve the client early in the morning like this - disgusting. Dominos - Common you just can’t serve your clients like this and should immediately start looking into your branches and how your team members are treating your clients. My comments would not stop me from taking Pizza from your outlet as i have been a regular visitor to mcd’s, pizza club, domino’s and expect to be treated with smile. Pizza 20 pizza it was above average why ? You put a pickup time for reason, and you expect your meal to be Hot when picked up which was not in this case. Cheers apart from that your range of pizza’s are awesome and prices are very competitive. Regards PJ

Disgusting service. This place need to be shut down, or the workers fired. So unhappy with my order. It looked like they gave me left overs. Then they were rude and were trying to hurry me along when I was trying to make an order in the first place, like they had a line of customers. I was the only one there though never going there again!!!

Not only is your store rude and racist you call police on my family members for your mistake and try to make out that they have weapon's. All you had to do was either remake or refund the order that you gave away for free you need to remove your staff and get new ones...I will post this on every review site for this store and on social media until you sort your store our

Avoid if you can. Ordered a pizza on the app, went to pick it up and found they had given it away to someone else, claiming it was me. I told them it wasn’t me but they refused to listen or make another pizza. Was also refused a refund. Left without the pizza I paid for and put money. A really poor excuse for an establishment.
