If you're purchasing a product that runs electrically or by battery, I'd advise to check it's working in the store before you purchase. I bought and took an item home, only to discover a corroded battery inside rendering the product useless. Their policy is to return only to the store where you purchased (not to one of their other branches) and return within 7 days - both inconvenient to me so I'm out of pocket for this one
