Dr. Mark Gittos and his staff are so amazing!!! I never thought I would look forward to every single BA consultation, surgery, and aftercare appointment so much, but I so did because Dr. Gittos and his team just made every visit so pleasant. For me, this was an elective breast augmentation surgery. I'm 26 years old, petite, of Asian descent, 5'3", 46kg, and I went with Motive Demi 320cc implants, under the muscle, from a 32A to 32C! When I went for my consultation, Dr. Gittos was caring, knowledgeable, thorough, and most importantly, really listened to what I was looking for and my concerns. It's been 4 weeks post-op, and I'm so so so pleased with the results and overall experience!

The most amazing experience. Mark made me feel like I was in the safest of hands. A world I had never had any experience in I felt completely at ease. He also brings a lot of wit into the situation which makes the journey all the more fun! I am so unbelievably happy with the outcome. Highly highly recommend!
I was first referred to Mark by my GP 10yrs ago with a potential melanoma .This proved to be a level 4 Melanoma , which Mark removed along with the lymph nodes in my right arm. 3yrs later, i was diagnosed with metastatic melanoma and had 17 recurrences of Melanoma , all of which Mark has removed at very short notice, Even when I had reason for concern on weekends , Mark was happy to see me in his offices on a Sunday to offer advise and make the ordeal easier. Not only is Mark a great surgeon , he is very down to earth and easy to deal with. He is very proactive with areas of concern and always acts quickly. Knowing I have this support has made this journey a lot less stressful. His advise goes beyond the issue it self all the way to the cause , with a suggestion from him that I adopt a plant based diet , which has been successful in helping my on going health. Went to see Mark today for a consultation. As soon as i sat down i felt comfortable as he eased my concerns and spoke me through everything. He was super easy to talk to. He was also very fair on pricing and by the end of the consult he had everything ready and written down. Now i can't wait for my surgery! Would highly recommend. Thanks!
I saw Mark for surgery 2 weeks ago and am incredibly happy with my results! From the initial consult, surgery day and two follow up appointments since, he has been so fantastic. Mark explained everything thoroughly, happily did a second video call consult to answer more questions and put me at ease on surgery day. My surgery was somewhat urgent which didn't leave me with much time to do research, so I am SO glad I found Mark and can thoroughly recommend him.

Went to Dr Mark Gittos for a cosmetic treatment and the results were better than expected!! Dr Mark Gittos is an absolute perfectionist - and believe me that is not a bad thing when they are sticking needles in your face! He did an amazing job and was very caring and explained the processes clearly and the result was better than I ever had anywhere else. Highly recommended. Will go back again for more treatments.
I have been to see Mark on several occasions. My first consultation was for recurring styes on my eyelid. He organized for me to have surgery in Auckland almost immediately. His manner in every instance was amazing. He goes over and beyond the call of duty with the most compassionate approach. I always feel very comfortable in Mark's presence and he is particular to explain all procedures carefully and clearly. I have continued to see Mark for regular check ups and cosmetic treatments.
