The doctor who does not want patients as we have visited his clinic at otahuhu but the receptionist was very rude and said that we are not taking any registration .

Me and my wife are his patients for the past 11 years. Very good doctor with friendly and smiling manner to treat his patients with wide knowledge. Even though we have to travel 1.5 hours to see him from our homes, dont have any plans to change him for other doctors.

It was good experience with Dr Mohinder Pal Singh. Very helpful in explaining everything. And customer service was also very nice. Girl at reception explained me everything and very helpful. Highly recommended. Keep doing like this.. I wish I can give you more than 5 stars..

Don’t trust any of the staff with any of your medical reports, they would leave it intentionally so that they can ask you to pay more money. They think thats patients duty to talk polite even after waiting for ages and no answer. If you call there simple answer come at the clinic and when you reach and ask first they will charge you and say that maybe your reports need to be e-mail ( which they already have ).

Useless people, please teach them something about "EMERGENCY" I was in pain (suffering from kidney stone) wasn't able to speak, on my behalf my friend told her about my situation however the receptionist said you are not registered doctor will not attend you and asked to visit another emergency hospital which was 5/7 minutes way. Really disappointed
