Thoroughly enjoyed my experience dealing with Drake. Odette was so helpful and always prompt to respond. She assisted me in securing the role and with any questions I had afterwards. I was offered a job for a month as a carpenter and when I called them a few days before to ask what I need to bring and what time I start, they just remembered that they wanted to contact me that they haven't been able to contact their client who I would have worked for, so the job wasn't available for me anymore but they didn't manage to inform me.

I missed a meeting with Charisma at their Albany office due to personal reasons and when I managed to call to reschedule I was reprimanded for missing the interview and told there was nothing for me at the moment. How could Charisma know there was nothing for me if we didn't have the initial interview to discuss my experience? She was blatantly ignoring me and I feel absolutely disgusted with Drake's service in their Albany office. I would suggest one go to Sidekicker than this dump!
