Two years in a row with a bad experience at Drivesure first year was over charged for my WOF and service and was given a credit so had to go back again this year but it was worse. My rear licence plate lights were not working so they charged 20 to replace the bulbs therefore I passed the wof and got my service (oil change) for 210 plus 20 for the lamp replacement. I drove home and tested the lights they had replaced as soon as I turned them on one side started smoking so immediately turned them off and investigated and found the wrong lamp had been fitted causing a over heat and melting my light assembly luckily I tested it I normally drive with my lights on all the time and would not of noticed the smoke. The shop replaced the assembly so I had to go back 3 times for the whole process. Very disappointed

Excellent place to pop in and get your WOF done. Even on a Saturday they get it done quickly and without hassle. Compared to the VTNZ in Botany they are light years ahead in service and efficiency. Have been getting all my cars WOF done by them for a while now, and will continue to support them.

Great Service however got gibed for a replaced tail light . Always check my lights day before and all was working fine. Sent my son for for a WOF today and he had to pay WOF plus 10 for a bulb. He was not even shown the blown bulb just advised at the time of paying. Not happy a little dissatisfied and was charged 10 for a 4 bulb. Overall otherwise clean and tidy place will give them another go next time and if it happens again will change. Drivesure were highly recommended to my son by his mates but he feels a bit cheated.
