Communication isn't very good, they assumed I knew my way around south Auckland because I live in Auckland. Not how that works and then when I entered the office in Penrose all I was asked was have I signed in and then that was that. Had multiple workers walk back and forth looking at me but nothing other than that. If you are working in a company where your face is the first face of contact you should learn how to communicate to who ever is waiting in front of you not just assume they know where to go. You are the first recruitment agency I tried but definitely the last.

Hi I worked NZ courier post high brook 2-10 on 26th of Aug just one and next day they cancel my shift There nobody told me how to sign in and out I did not get my payment till agency said me I don’t have any proof They are not agree to do something themselves ️️️️️
Was on my way to a shift. They called to cancel. It was very disappointing . No reimbursement of wasted time and petrol. Poor pay 17.70 an hour for casual work. No text to confirm a shift only verbal So they will say 8am to 4.30pm but then you turn up to a shift then team leader will say 8am to 1pm. Would not recommend .
Communication is not there they tell you there’s no jobs available when there actually is

Dynamix agency told to us that is all about the communication. So they will maybe forgot to tell you that you should go to job next day, they will maybe offer you 12h shift and after 8h in job there will be no work for you because company need you just for 8h. They will tell you that they will give you all equipment what you need for job and after hour that will call you that you should buy a working shoes and more and more. They are super nice and lot of thing doesn't work. Super unhappy.
i have been with dynamixs for over a year and 5months enjoyed temping awesom staff ..they look after there temps
