A superb after service experience, we love the products and recently had small issue with our vacuum and I was truly impressed how quickly the issue was solved. Solid brand plus excellent after service results in Loyalty.
Worst customer service we've experienced in New Zealand. Love our Dyson machines but the interaction with the service team left a bad impression on us. Will definitely consider other brands in the future as it's just not worth the frustration dealing with this team when something does go wrong.
My Dyson vacuum cleaner stopped working while still under warranty. Getting hold of a replacement has been impossibly frustrating! I have made numerous phone calls, spoken with numerous customer service staff but continued to wait and wait. I have now given up. There is not even an appropriate avenue for escalating complaints. Don't waste your money.
I have contacted Dyson NZ twice over the last 6 months and both times they could not have been more polite and helpful. Really impressed!
We have a Dyson stick vacuum, the battery has failed twice outside warranty. That should be a negative experience but the after sales support staff put us right both times with absolutely no fuss. It is disappointing that the batteries failed but the outstanding customer support means I have no problem recommending Dyson to friends and family.
SHOCKING service from begging to end. Simply keyed in my address for an online order and they did not include the correct suburb even though I placed all the address details online. Have called twice and spoken to an Australian call centre who didnt care too much even when I stated you have sent the part to the WRONG PART OF AUCKLAND!!!! Now get this - they have sent another to the SAME fricken address which is not mine!!! Service is shocking
