I finished all three sessions late last year-early this year and I absolutely loved it, my counsellor was especially inviting and allowed me to open up about my own trauma. From just obtaining those tips for my own use in which I would never have found on my own, I was amazed. Thank you!

Absolute worst possible experience ever with EAP services, attempted to arrange some individual and group counseling between some family members and myself, after providing detailed written letter explaining what I wanted and further discussions with EAP (who agreed they could provide service) and then reneged on this, felt exceedingly resentful bitter and let down by a company that is suppose to help people

Had 2 sessions with EAP, it was a time waster, you can Google n get the same tips instead of wasting time goin there.Its very general , no follow ups, no notes, no help with issues. I was quite disappointed n will never go back again
