My experience here was fantastic (other than the circumstances of needing to go!). Receptionists were friendly and efficient- took my details quickly in a patient way. Nurse was fast and professional and the doctor was proficient. They may have prioritised as as I had a baby and they could see I was panicking a bit.

My son required attention after a sporting injury, was taken to East Care and received the most amazing prompt care and service. We are not local but he was sent home with all the information for follow-up care. X-rays were forwarded to me whilst he was having a cast put on. Staff were friendly and professional. Amazing experience from an unfortunate situation.
Called thrice but never picks up the phone. Never calls back. Went there and doctor analyzed my foot and said it needs an x-ray otherwise can't tell. The appointment was less than 15 seconds but got charged 66. I understand the x-ray was closed but if a doctor can't do it, we can't be paying for something that isn't done yet. Ridiculous!
Wait times are often long, but the staff are always professional in my experience, and they have provided a high standard of care for me and my family
Previous experience the wait time was so long. Recently took my grandson in due to a scooter accident, no long wait. Service was awesome! Xray done, doctor seen, dressing done. All within an hour!
A & E place 24/7 good medical service.
Would never come here again even if I had an emergency. Waited more than 3 hours... We sat here and waited as the waiting room filled up and no one was being called for a long time. I sat here and began to wonder what the "doctors" were actually doing inside...
I think you should be more clear about your closing time and your last patient time. It’s not nice to be told on the door that you’re shut for the night at 9pm when we are at the door with a sick child after you’ve been advertising 11pm closing all week. Maybe suggest advertising a last patient in time because otherwise we have no confidence. You could fill up at 6pm or at 10:30pm so your advertised closing time of 11pm is pointless for the general public.
