Poor service and technology, but hight charge ! Was asked dentist what kinds of material of my temporary implant crown? He did not answer Me !so roughy ! next day he email me which is can removed the bloody temporary implant crown ! And he stop put my permit implant crown for next year , one month late returned to me little money only ? This is how does he worked as dentist ? Even I never want my grand grand children coming this clinic ! Terrible experience like bad dream ! I do not hope will happen someone else !
Absolutely love this place. Dr Howard is my dentist and he is fantastic. I have been for a few years now. Service is great. I like how Dr Howard explains everything, and as a somewhat nervous dentist goer, his confidence, humour and professionalism gives me much comfort whenever I see him. If you need a dentist to visit, go visit Dr Howard!
Every time I have had to to the dentist I have had every thing fixed that I have needed. Good staff and the dentist are really good.
Fantastic check up, xray and clean for 195, efficiently done, had a filling done same day for 185 all by Dr Howard Chao. Professional and efficient. Definitely recommend.
I was seen by Dr Howard Chao for my toothache on 5th Jan as my usual dentist was on leave during the holiday break, he was very professional and with good smile. He even helped me avoid paying an unnecessarily high price for my prescribed treatment. Highly recommended.
Broke a crown, got in 3 hours after the accident, great service and explained procedure well and possible ramifications with re cementing the tooth. Only real downside with this place is they don't have their own reception and share with the A&E reception that is always overworked and understaffed.
Friendly patient staff who are used to dealing with scared young ones. There are many dentists and rooms there so there is virtually no waiting time. The facility is clean and modern. There was even someone cleaning the place throughout while we were there, impressive
