I bought batten lights from this company which were sent by courier. The design and quality are great and they were very easy to install. Most important of all, I finally have good light in my mancave. Although the lamps were very well packaged, two tubes arrived broken inside their individual cardboard tubing. A quick email and two replacement tubes were sent without hassle, funny questions or delay. I was pleasantly surprised by the great service I received from this company and would most certainly buy from them again.
