We found this company to be very professional and helpful and would highly recommend. We had problems with backlighting on our LG Smart TV.
I had a problem with my LG tv and phoned Electrowave on recomendation from JB Hi Fi. I was asked to provide some information and they quickly analyzed the problem as being the screen that needed to be replaced. LG did not have the required replacement screen in stock and Derrick who was working on the service call quickly arranged with LG to have the tv replaced. The new tv was delivered as promised after a few weeks. Their service and customer care is almost unbelievable. I highly recommend Electrowave for their outstanding service and customer care.
Derrick was a fantastic help to us. Took our Panasonic tv in on the Tuesday - had a brand new, larger size tv, by Friday. He even helped us with delivery people. Thanks so much from Cathy and Rebecca.
The experience I had with these guys was brilliant. My Tv had developed an irreparable fault, and while it was out of Warranty they arranged for a replacement through Harvey Norman, and installed it. Really good service from Derek and Igor. Top stuff.
