Called earlier to sort out gas and have been told different information and then called again to sort it out but the TL was very unprofessional to deal with and she said they are a call center that answered calls on behalf of Elgas. Very poor service

I arranged a gas refill a month ago, was told it has to wait for 2 weeks, no show, we decided to have the bottle return for such bad services , pick up scheduled, 2 time no show for the last 30 days, this is total unacceptable. No explanation were given. I'm afraid that the chance of your failure would be within a short period of time. You don't deserve a star for my experience, you put me down with over 10 years good relationship.. Shame on you ELgas.
We have just cancelled our Elgas contract after trying to unsuccessfully deal with them for a number of years. We have had constant problems with delivery, ran out of gas in the back 45kg bottle, although ordered as soon as we ran out of the first bottle. Constant promises of deliveries that dont happen. Even after a 2 week wait. Cannot get in contact with anyone apart from an answering service. No replies from messages left. And now they have put all prices up and I have been told they will not refund my rental paid up until July 2021 DO NOT DEAL WITH ELGAS it's a NIGHTMARE
Expensive and just put the price of a 45kg up by 5 so now over 150 per bottle. Moved to Metrogas. Cheaper bottle rental, only 110 per 45kg and deliver twice a week to my area. Cheaper and better service. Update. 2 months after switching and still waiting for my refund of one full bottle and rental. A call to them was fruitless - still waiting. Shame on you Elgas. So quick to take my money and so reluctant to give back money that isn't your's. The reviews say it all...
these people took LPG gas bottle today morning from my property without notification. I bought a property and moved in2 weeks ago, and today morning gas bottle was missing... called real estate agent and he contacted previous home owner and he suggested me to contact gas company. i ring then and they said took gas bottle for someone else. just unbelievable
We ordered 2 replaced gas bottle last week Thursday we were told they cannot deliver until Wednesday tomorrow. We did not have hot water for 6 days. I contacted them today the receptionist no good the tone of her voice was like yelling or maybe she was having a bad day . Any suggestion where to get gas, this is unacceptable.
This company is the absolute worst. I ordered a replacement bottle which took at least a week to arrive. I was home when the driver turned up and popped our dogs inside so they could deliver them with no issues as some people do not like dogs, no problem. The driver sat in his truck for 5mins then just left. I then got an email saying they could not deliver because of the dogs. Blatant lie. Even if the dogs were outside, the driver could see me in the house, didn't bother knocking and just drove off. It's now been 18 days and I still don't have a gas bottle. Save yourself the time and trouble and go with another company. We've had consistent issues with delivery and payment. More than that, one of their drivers crashed into our house (ok accidents happen) but it took them 5 months to get it repaired. Their customer service team barely apologises and just ignore complaints. I have no idea how they are still operating.
Very unprofessional. Staff came onto our deck without telling us they are going to be changing the Gas cylinder. Moved all our things on the deck to make way for them and then did not bother moving it back once they were finished.
