Came across the Clearance Centre quite by chance. Went looking for a treadmill (our old one had finally died) and spent a good hour trying out the equipment and asking questions. Did not buy anything and must have appeared to be tire kickers! A few days later went back and bought the machine we were happy with after looking around. A good saving been clearance but has a full warranty. Also bought a Multi Gym (with the money we saved) at the same time. The staff had been great no pressure up to this point. Delivery was made on time and the items installed where we wanted them without fuss. While trying out the equipment by ourselves (we tested them before the guys left) we noticed the Multi Gym was not as smooth as we thought it should be. The manager (I think Steve) was called and he came around the next morning, found the issue and returned later the same day (at the time he said he would) and corrected the mistake. He then checked all the fittings and made a few tweaks. Great bunch of guys and highly recommended.

I have purchased 2 machines from this company both supposedly good quality machines worth in excess of 1000 and both have had major faults just outside warranty. The after sales service this company provides is appalling, I have never dealt with a group of people as unhelpful and rude as these. Unfortunately I am stuck dealing with this company for the machines I have purchased to date however in the future there is no way I will ever deal with this company again and I urge any other potential customers to stay well clear.

I was really interested in a 1500 nordic track treadmill. I was told to come on saturday with a trailer. It will be ready for you they said. I organised a tralier and cancelled my other important commitments for saturday. After driving for 1.5 hours (I live quite far), when I arrived they told me that they had sold it the day before. No one had even bothered telling me not to bother wasting my time coming all that way. In return they suggested I should buy a 2000 treadmill instead. Inconsiderate, unfriendly, money hungry people. Only care about profits. Treated me like dirt!! Should be called "Treat you like dirt fitness"
