I was not happy with my experience at Elizabeth Knox for my mum. I understand convid 19 may have played a part in this to some extent. But even putting that aside I felt the overall care for my mum was not up to expectations. My mum did not feel heard or valued. I moved her to another village and cannot believe the difference. So do look around and take your time.

Mum has been there for over a year now. I am sure that Mum is still alive, only because of the wonderful care that she gets from the kind staff at Elizabeth Knox.
