The sales person was nice, but not very good at responding to texts and emails. (my PC had a problem with randomly shutting down) I sent my PC there the first time (took them almost a month), came back with the same problem. I sent it back, and this time they took 2 months. In the end, it was worse off than it was at the start. (they insisted it was a Motherboard issue) Managed to fix it myself by replacing the power supply (something I diagnosed myself by Googling, I even told them but I don't know what they've been doing).

Excellent service. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. They replaced my iPhone screen on very cheap price. Highly recommend.
Opened a dispute with them on trade-me requesting a refund because I had paid for shipping when I picked the device up in-store. Then they sent a passive aggressive email in response which was very distasteful and unprofessional.

Bought a webcam from them through TradeMe. Service and communication was excellent and delivery from Auckland to Whitianga was exceptional.
They repaired a family member's iPod7 for me. Took a couple of days, and back fully functional. Very reasonable price, and great communication. Highly recommend these guys.
Amazing amazing service. Fixed phone in 3 hours when we had been told it may take 3 days. It was so damaged and they thought needed new camera but then they cleaned properly and it works fine without extra expense. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Amanda
My phone was restored after water damage and I was pretty happy first few days, however I then noticed that some functions are not working. I brought the phone back to the service and they offered to change another detail inside, costing 250 plus tax. Given that the first repair costed me 180, this in total was already more or less the price of the same used phone. I would better like to hear that more expensive repair is required when I brought the phone to them first. Well, I can believe that it was hard to understand from the very beginning (though should be possible for professionals), but there was another issue. I gave them a phone and asked to look at it the same day since I had a morning flight the day after. Unfortunately due to the traffic I was late 9 minutes after their closing time. Despite the clear message, they did wait for me, neither replied to my call and text message sent before their closing time. I could have done something if they gave me directions, but they were silent. Fortunately, my flight was a bit after their opening time the next day and I was able to jump in, take the phone and make it to the airport, though it was nervous. Otherwise they would just take my 1200 phone as a gift! This issue says more about their service than the first one.
