Thanks to ESI Appliance Services Auckland, the technicians that came out to install our oven were both cheerful and very professional, making the whole experience with ESI a stress-free one. I could not fault the level of service and would easily recommend these two gentlemen to anyone who wishes to obtain their services, as they were both efficient and competent at their jobs. A special shout out to David and Tama, thank you very much for the excellent job you did.

Best service I've ever had. Andrew and Dave were the nicest, most professional, efficient, kind, and knowledgeable engineers and technicians we've ever seen. They came on time. They kindly assessed our needs and had our new dryer up and running in 40 minutes within arrival to our home. Thank you so much ESI ! Made appointment only 2 days before they came.

There is good, there is bad, and THERE IS THE WORST like "ESI Appliance", and their employees, who still have to learn professionalism. They think they can hang-up on customers, if they cannot do the job. My washing machine is faulty, and I have already paid to them and chasing them almost for almost 2 months to repair. They are just ignoring me and keep asking for more time to repair, and now they have started hanging up on me. I would strongly suggest to anyone, it will much better, and probably easier and more efficient to buy a new machine, rather than contacting ESI. I am very positive person, and it takes a lot for me to write a negative reference. I had very patient for 2 months, and I just cannot believe they would just hang-up on me.

Worst service I have EVER come across. I had to take non-paid leave to wait for these guys to arrive. Someone from the line wrote the wrong number and I waited for nothing. Very rude and arrogant attitude when they called me back. I'm sorry it's always your customer's fault when you guys made a stupid mistake. Not trustworthy, not welcoming. I would give them a 0 star if i could. DO NOT CALL THEM unless you like to waste your time and money. WORST OF THE WORST !

Good morning I would appreciate it if you could let the Manager know my thoughts about the servicemen who called to fix my dishwasher this morning. Unfortunately I do not know his name. Apart from being both a Chartered Electrical and Electronics Engineer plus a few other things, I am also a Registered Serviceman, and taught Servicemen and Technicians for many years. He is, without a doubt, one of the best servicemen I have encountered for many a year. He was clean, polite, careful and VERY thorough. He is the sort of employee who will give your firm a name for excellence and will achieve more than any TV advertising for future trade. Thanking you for a good job

Do not use this company. They delivered a new fridge/ freezer and scuffed up my kitchen in process of installing it. No slip sheet or anything was used. When I took this up with the manager of the company, he basically said his guys had said it was already like that and he was washing his hands of the situation. He was unwilling to come out himself to take a look and as it would involve fixing some cabinetry which he said would be ‘too expensive’ he wanted nothing to do with it. I left 4 phone messages over a week to return my call and let me know what he would do and he never replied. I had no choice but do just deal a scuffed kitchen. Zero customer service, no ethics or integrity either. The manager is an obnoxious man with no morals or customer care skills. Avoid!!!

Very difficult to communicate with Emails sent from different people within the business every few days, yet no one replies when you email to ask questions or point out that you have already emailed/ rung with regards to this. Each person I have interacted with appears unaware of previous correspondence People ringing unaware of previous discussions or what you have requested Comes across as disorganized and disinterested in my business Also serviceman removed the dishwasher from my house without clearing this with me.
