Rented in 2018, my partner and I first ever experience with a campervan. The Euro Twin was perfect for us despite being a bit cold in winter it was perfect to have a home to drive. So independent! Thinking about doing it again post covid restrictions to Australia hence the late review :)
I’d give a 5 out of 5 for their customer service. Friendly, understanding and prompt. Berry in particular was amazing. Jay jay, Kiki and Damaris were all great too, However for my experience with the 4 berth campervan (Heron) I’d give a 3 out of 5. It was dated, weak on pick up and a few issues with the ignition. Overall we enjoyed our experience using this company.

Had an amazing week in the South Island with the Heron 4! Well equipt and lots of room for our family of 4. Heater warmed the van, shower was great and the BBQ came in handy! Definately on our list to do again!!
