My car was here for over 2 weeks and no solution to its problem. We asked to test the starter motor and they said a few days later couldn’t be done because ‘no power’.. what does that even mean? They urged us to take it to an electronic workshop cause the issue was the transmission which we didn’t believe and again asked to test the starter which they then said they had done and it was all fine. Eventually sorted another workshop to tow my car and have found out the problem was in fact the starter motor which they said they had checked! We actually got the feeling they couldn’t be bothered testing it because it actually takes a lot of work to do this so I will never ever be going here again, complete waste of time. It also does not help that the mechanics don’t speak English and you have to correspond with their receptionist who translates. 1 star for the free check but would you really call it a check if the problem ended up being what they said had already 'checked'? The workshop we took it to did admit it was a big job to get to the starter motor behind the manifold so there's your reason why they were too lazy to look at it.
