Kylie is the best property manager I've ever dealt with in Auckland, no wonder other people gave lots of 5 stars reviews! She is a very responsive and helpful rental manager. She helped and visited us when we had a flood in the apartment at 8PM on a Saturday, we are so grateful and appreciate her assistance. Excellent customer service, no doubt to recommend Excella to anyone :p

She handled everything with confidence and with great care, ensuring we got good deals along the way. She also has great taste of interior fit-outs, so working with her on getting the place to standard was a breeze. She then proceeded to get the unit rented out at a significantly higher rate!
