I just had smile surgery. The whole experience was seamless. Almost no waiting time. Dr Nick Mantell was super friendly and chill, which helped me relax. All the assistants and nurses were very caring and gentle. The surgery it's self was a breeze and over very fast. My vision is amazing!!!! I highly recommend eye institute

I recently had cataract surgery on both eyes at the Eye Institute. My surgeon was Dr Adam Watson and his Ophthalmic Technician was Catherine Cruz. What a team... Like most people I was anxious about the surgery. I have been under the care of this team for a number of years and totally trusted them. From the time the decision was made to the full recovery I had extraordinary care. I know that there are many cataract surgeries carried out every day. However, when it is your turn it is a different story.. The full team at the Eye Institute are very caring and supportive. I highly recommend Dr Adam Watson along with his Ophthalmic Technician Catherine Cruz to provide you with the care and results you need with any eye issues. I now feel back to my old self, and have fantastic blended eye vision. It is wonderful how your confidence that can be effected by eye issues, can be returned... and I now have a drivers licence with NO RESTRICTIONS

Take a book as my specialist apt had a 2 hour wait time. Initial assessment only 15 minute wait however it was the wait for the specialist were the delay occurred. When the specialist called me there was no apology or comment regarding my wait until I raised the issue. Very disappointed after a 3 month wait for the apt when I mentioned the wait I'd had on the day the specialist asked if I'd like to rebook! No issue with the consult content as all my questions were answered

Did the SMILE laser vision correction last year Dec. Everyone was so nice and kind during the entire operation. And everything went very well. Doctor Subbiah is very professional and friendly. He makes me feel relax. Will highly recommend Eye Institute.

My experience at The Eye Institute was amazing and I could not recommend Dr Adam Watson, Catherine and the rest of the team enough. They were all exceptional. Everything was well explained and Dr Watson spoke to me throughout the procedure which was very calming and reassuring. I also liked the Saturday appointment option. I am happy was the results. It is an investment but the results are life changing for me.

My friend since the Laser Vision Correction surgery to become more confident and I‘ve always want to do, but was afraid, she recommended Dr Adam Watson to me, at the beginning, I still worried, Catherine very care about me, she is very patiently answered all my questions and arranged an interpreter to me during the surgery , make me feel very comfortable, so the surgery went well all the way,don’t feel any pain,Dr Watson really very professional, after surgery I feel more confident and convenient!
