Nice shop, good services! One time, I was taken orders from overseas for whole day long, and had no chance to take lunch, one of the staffs shared a chicken feet with me, they real treat guests like family, I like this place

Honestly, I’ve experienced a couple of lovely hours in this store while picking and purchasing stuff and the staff has displayed her fantastic courtesy towards me. Her smile and her words have created a sense of warmness which would always attract people to come back. As days go by, we have built up a firm trust on her recommendations and we enjoy a good vibe in between. In all, all I’ve experienced in this store was beautiful and blissful. I could have found nothing better than that and really there was nothing could be complained about. This store has become my first option, not only does it have the good quality stuff, but it demonstrates a service with a high level which could bring customers a sense of pleasure and enjoyment. As a result, we have become their loyalty and we feel at home while sitting and chatting with the staff or even just killing time in the store. Here you can find a peaceful and trustworthy place and service and I would willingly rank this store as well as its service as 5 stars as they deserve it!

This is one of the favorite health and care products stores I like to go. All of the staff are so friendly and have extensive knowledge for healthcare products, which makes me very impressive. Besides, their products are incredibly reasonable price. It’s never wrong to shop there.

while some reviews sound bad maybe I always had a wonderful experience shopping at yikang, nice and friendly staff. I have been shopping there for many years and never came across rude staff, just busy and very busy, sometimes need time to wait for service to be available. and, plz go to a billion dollar luxury store ,if you really want to get a better service like a queen or king.

I agree with the pervious comment. Their attitude is really bad, especially the chubby girl with a scar on her kneck. I give them one point extra for very low price though. Many tourists were there, wondering around. The only Chinese supplement store, I want to give one point for terrible service and attitude. You need to improve. ‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗ I decided to alter my review. On second time I visited there, the same girl was friendly.
