F45 Remuera is simply the best. The coaches are super friendly & helpful. When I started going to the classes, I couldn’t not flip the sand bag let alone doing the bench hop or box jump. F45 Remuera coaches always show me the correct techniques & forms to do the exercises to achieve my goals. Now I’m addicted! And the lovely people who go there are making my routine visit to the studio even more enjoyable.

I love the variety in the amazing classes, with every single class different creating a whole new experience every time I come into the studio! The trainers are fantastic, supportive and know how to push you to your limits, but also super helpful when I'm presenting with an injury! I actually couldn't recommend them enough!

I've been going to F45 Remuera since they opened in 2018 and it was the best decision I made. Trainers are amazing and know how to cater to all abilities. They can make any exercise harder or easier so you're always guaranteed a challenging but fun workout. The members are awesome too. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and a huge part as to why I keep going back for more. F45 Remuera have thought of everything, they even have spare hair ties and makeup remover in the bathrooms - such a lifesaver! I can highly recommend F45 Remuera to anyone, no matter where you are on your fitness journey.

Loved my F45 experience. Motivating and inspiring with excellent trainers who assist with ensuring you are doing the exercises correctly and perfecting technique. Friendly welcoming staff and members. Great range of exercises with different classes everyday and week. Excellent atmosphere which is non-competitive with a wide age range. Loved it and can’t wait to go again.
