Amazeballs team of trainers and owners they truly do believe in getting you in the best shape you can be. There is a great sense of humility with the trainers and they will push you along but they understand this is a “Life Style” change so ensure you are motivated and wanting to come back and do that extra rep push the extra weight exceed your goal Great effort team and I would recommend the Rosedale crew to anyone Keep up the amazing work

I’ve been with this gym for only 2 months, but I’ve enjoyed every day so far! Since day one, the trainers as well as the other gym goers, have openly welcomed me into their tight-knit little community! Whether it be with a big goofy smile on arrival or an encouraging high five after a gruelling session - there’s not been a day I have ever felt like I didn’t belong there. I took a trial at F45 Rosedale and haven’t looked back. I love the functional fitness concept and the owners, trainers and community surrounding this studio are so fantastic - challenging, fun and super supportive. Can totally recommend!
