This guy looks as dodgy as the come – with a weird set up where you wait outside the front door of his house. I opted out as soon as I realized what a dodgy character I was dealing with - he blatantly lied to me – not a professional situation to be in – I recommend you spend the extra and go to a legit service at a shop. And he didn’t mention the surcharge, either, when I spoke to him on the phone beforehand.
Hi, I sent you an email through your website requesting a quote to get my iPad pro and my son's Samsung phone repaired but never got a response, then I called your store on Saturday but no one picked up the phone. I contacted Sunny Way Tech in Albany they were managed to get back to me on the same day and I got it fixed from them.
Really great service. I have needed to have several screens replaced on phones recently as well as batteries replaced on iPhone in the past. Fairfax are always friendly helpful and quick. The work done is always high quality and I would highly recommend

Would not trust this place unfortunately. Very nice person working there, but was not very convinced with his knowledge and felt dodgy. Came to fix my IPhone 8 back screen and WiFi button. Was told on the phone one price, then while coming in store was told that he heard something else on the phone and it’s now a different price (even though I’ve asked my bf to call again and he told that lower price on the phone again). Still decided to give my phone and was told will be fixed overnight. Got a call the next day To come take it, as it needs back up. When I came I wanted to just transfer the photos through Airdrop, but for some reason it wasn’t working. So I’ve asked the guy in the shop to help me and he said he doesn’t know how to use IPhone... definitely not the place you want to fix your iPhone. Eventually went to a place in mt eden, got it fixed perfectly overnight for a cheaper rate front screen cover replaced for free. Glad I didn’t come back
Excellent service and good competitive price, took only 15min to repair glass and lcd screen and a with a smile too. Would recommend to everyone!!
