I was assisted by Frankie the manager, at the make up counter Bobby Brown. She was one of the most helpful people I have ever met at Farmers. She went out of her way kindly and respectfully to look up on my Farmers card a purchase I had made. She also went to the trouble of printing out my purchase receipt. I think she is really an asset to the company. Well done Frankie, for making me see a quality person in action.
