Was in the beauty dept for quite some time without being offered any assistance and there was an Assistant standing behind the Counter not busy just waiting. I was about to leave and a young assistant appeared and seemed to be returning from a break. She was a breath of fresh air and immediately offered her help. She tried several face creme covers on me till we found one that was the required colour I required. Nothing was too much trouble and it was a very pleasing encounter. Well done to this young Lady I Thank you for your efforts.

Absolutely disappointed with Ranbir when I went into the store to purchase furniture. While serving me he kept talking to other staff, other customers. Asking me multiple times to repeat my details because while I was saying it he was talking to others and not listening. Almost half an hour sitting and waiting for my furniture to be ordered and he had conversations with four other people. He went to actually serve another customer while I was waiting to pay for my furniture and when I asked him to focus on serving me he said he was waiting for the other computer. I am really disappointed with the service I received and I ended up leaving the store and going else where. This staff member was not focused at all on completing my order and too busy involving himself with every other person there. There was no communication at all from him during the process to say he had to wait for another computer or anything, very rude.

Botany Downs

A good place to shop for bargains especially the sales. Helpful staff and the Calvin Klein range is very satisfying. Plus it doesn't hurt when you get a 20 Farmers Club Card voucher. Mmmm CK.

Very friendly service. A very welcoming environment. They ask if you need help and leave you alone to browse when you want to do just that. It's good to shop in peace at times.

The younger staff really embrace the new retail approach while sadly some of the much older (sometimes indignant while trying to appear dignified!) staff seem to be living in their old department store days. That makes for an interesting shopping experience I guess!
