Worst Farmers store I've been to. Rude customer service. Simply asked where something was to have the staff member tell me "it's the wrong time of the year". Who blinkn cares! I just wanted to know where something was, didn't ask for attitude. I knew that it was on clearance of course it's the "wrong time of the year". As I thanked her (for nothing) and walked away she laughed with another customer and continued to mock me. If the plaza closes down it will because of terrible people from Farmers not the other stores. Unfortunately not the first time thought things would improve there. But I was wrong.

What a shocking store rang this store to buy some sheets thought would first check they had them before driving over to buy them. Store menu upon phone is incorrect went through to lingerie department wormed there could not understand English I repeated my self 5 times gave her the product code off the website still no help she took 15 minutes putting me on hold no communication then after all that asked for the product code for the 6 th time even though I also told her what then item was asked to speak with manager after being on hold for another 10 minutes I rang back asked someone else to speak with manager his name was Lance I was kept on hold with no answer rang back again to be put on hold again and a department manager comes to the phone not from the linen department I asked where was the manager Was Told just gone on a break Bravo farmers great intelligent people you have you don’t get my business

Incredibly well stocked Farmers in regards to homeware and clothing - that said, it does end up looking quite cluttered and it can be difficult to find what you are looking for. Thankfully, staff are friendly and always ready to help.

Terrible experience, for some reason the staff were treating me very suspiciously and watching me while I shopped a security person even passing me by a couple of times? It was very obvious. A staff member even followed me out of the shop. Will not be shopping here again to be made to feel so uncomfortable, nothing worse then to be made to feel like you are a shoplifter when you are not.

When I called, after an eternity being put through, I explained that I wanted a hand held stick with the container that it connects to that can chop nuts etc..(IE electrical!) the person I spoke to repeatedly referred to hand-operated (IE manual) stick. I explained that I am looking for an electric one AND one that has TWO prongs like an old style eggbeater NOT a whisk, she kept quoting me ones with a whisk. Where does Farmers get these people from ? Then I called Pakuranga branch which I generally avoid because they do not answer their phones, and sure enough, no one answered the phone it is impossible to get someone to answer the phone, i decided that if FARMERS they are not interested in customers i will go to another company. But I cant understand you people. You are advertising flat out - and then ignore customers when theyare trying to contact you for products. and when I called again I got put through to the call centre who couldnt
