Medium sized farmers department store located in Papakura. Great quality & good product range. Keep an eye out for their red dot sales. Plenty of parking onsite.

I prefer coming to Farmers Papakura as it's not as busy as the other ones. Plenty of parking and a great location in the middle of town, not as high end as other Farmers stores still has what you need for a department store.
So helpful staff and also a big well organized store.
Nice amd quite always like to go there.

My review comes in two parts. 1) That I wasted two hours for nothing 2) you are overworking your floor staff. 1) Firstly, I phoned ahead to make sure an item was in stock before I drove across Auckland to do a special trip for this specific item. I was reassured that they have the item in stock, and that I can come to the store to buy it. First impressions: every staff member said hello and I felt welcomed into the store. Unfortunately, they did not have the item that I was reassured you have. I spent 30 minutes driving there, 60 minutes in the store, and 30 minutes driving back. I wasted 2hrs of my time, plus petrol, for nothing. I highly recommend that when you say you have the item that you do not lie to the customer and say that you do. I now have to make my own enquiries as to where I can source the item, and hopefully not be lied to again by another member of your team from another store. 2) secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and checked thoroughly. They apologised (not their fault) for what had happened. They were also incredibly busy with a constant, unrealtic and almost unmanageable stream and queue of customers and enquiries. They worked efficiently, quickly and remained professional. Seriously - put on an extra staff member and let your employees have a break and a breather every so often. They were running up and down the store and were constantly busy.
Small store, but i never leave without what i went in for! The team are friendly, the shelves are usually stocked well (unless i go in at a stupid time of day after a sale!), the store is clean & tidy. A great range for a small store, so thankful i don't have to travel to Manukau- that mall is craaazy!
