After listening to Abbie talking at an event, I liked the way she approached and saw nutrition today and so I went ahead and book a consultation with Feel fresh. Abbie wasn't available so I met with Kimberley instead. It was a waste of time and money. Kimberley wasn't interested in our sessions and stop answering after some time. I didn't learn much about nutrition, and didn't see much change in my life from it. Since I read the book "Deep nutrition" from Dr Cate Shanahan which i recommend instead.
