This has to be the cleanest gym ever - the users clean the machines after they use them and Lee the owner is fastidious about keeping it spotless. As a middle aged woman I find this gym offers me great quality gear, in a safe and respectful environment. Lee is a lovely guy and super friendly

Love the 24 hour access, works well with my never the same work and family schedule. It is located in a really nice row of shops with key access, so I always feel safe even late at night working out on my own as the door locks behind me. Really good layout, very clean and spacious, yet still more than enough cardio equipment, benches, modern machines, barbells and free weights - I’ve never had to wait for the use of anything.
