We needed 10 bouquets of flowers on a small budget and Flower Factory absolutely delivered. They were exactly what we had envisaged and looked amazing. Everyone commented on how different and cool they were - thank you!
Strongly recommend NOT using this company. We selected and paid in advance for flowers for a 'once in a lifetime' family event, the flowers were to be an integral part of one activity. We arranged to collect the flowers at 6pm Saturday, drove from the city to find nobody was there and we received no contact from them. We were 'rescued' by a florist in Browns Bay who were responsive and sensitive to our needs. These people when we contacted them today Monday offered free delivery today!! Now waiting for a refund. Never again.
