I just wanted to take the time to publicly acknowledge your professional assistance the other day in getting a beautiful bouquet off to our staff member and his wife whose mother had died suddenly. They were so pleased with the flowers and that made our day. Be sure to have enough money when you visit this place. Been here 3 times I think but yesterday my partner and I felt we were looked down upon by one of their lady staff when we mentioned our working budget for a bouquet. Hopefully we were just too sensitive or paranoid. We still ended up buying because the accommodating gentleman assisted us. However every time I see the bouquet now (it's a gift to our daughter so it's just at home) it reminds me of the not so nice experience. The bouquet was nice though, and our daughter loved it.

Great customer service! And love how affordable they are. I am a bit rubbish when it comes to technology so I phoned up to make an order. I forgot the name of the lady I was speaking to but she was super helpful and easy to chat to. She went through the whole process on the phone with me, confirming which flowers and how many I'd like and any delivery instructions. Thank you guys, it helped so much having a friendly team deal with you when you need flowers for a sad situation! They loved the flowers and turned out prettier than I thought! Will definitely order again :)
