The worst experience ever. Called in to book in advance, was told to book online on their website (which is fine), paid online, got an email confirmation... then showed up on the day only to be told they didn't receive my booking!! Then I was told it was a minimum 4 people, so they couldn't take us... Even though it was completely their own stuff up!! Instead of an apology for stuffing up part of my NZ holiday, the guy was trying to show me the fine print about 4 people bookings... Well heres a thought... how about you admit when you stuff up, and do right by your customers for a change!

I have booked a transfer with lunch to waiheke, 4 days before they cancelled the transfer because the helicopter was booked. Also, they changed the winery and the schedule. However, after a couple of emails, they offer to me another helicopter to keep the original program and it would cost more than the original price. I don’t recommend this company.
Easy to book a flight staff really helpful and the 2 flights i have had this year were great. Prices are fair and worth it. Will fly again sometime soon.
booked a hell fish tour with INFLITE 10 months ago only to be told the day before that they couldn't accommodate us due to numbers even though INFLITE asked 4 times for passenger names and weights with every time a quick response.

Wonderful service from Jes and Gypsy at inflite. The experience is one of a kind, a must do in Auckland!! Fantastic people!
Inflite cancelled the day before our flight and still have not returned our deposit.
