The online booking was easily accomplished and the service was great, once we found the place. Only thing detracting from getting 5 stars was the lack of good clear signposting. In the dark, not knowing you need 52 Ascot Drive, not 50A left us driving backward and forward until we nosed into the dark alley where it should have been and finding the business on a back lot. Now we know where it is, will be easy to find, and if needed very happy to use them again, but get a large luminous sign and road number on the street front guys !!

Ben is the only good thing about this service, he was friendly and professional. As for the other staff and manager Rude and dis honest, my vehicle was damaged well on their property and they denied it all the way!! Had to have the whole back door replaced. Never again and do not recommend
I've used this company for a number of years now. I've never had an issue. The staff are always chatty, kind and conscientious. I never have to wait long for my shuttle ride. I look forward to seeing the team and experiencing the good service they've consistently delivered over the years. Cheers for your hard work team! It's not easy doing the job you do. See you soon!
Pretty average really. Understaffed, untidy and the whole place needed a good clean. However pick is easy enough just my giving them a quick phone call
Awesome friendly service. Easy to communicate with, they actually answer their phone unlike park n fly! Turned up and lady in the office was very friendly. I had a big piano with me and there were a group of people waiting for the shuttle. I told the driver I can happily wait for the next shuttle as my piano was too big for the van. Next thing you know he's gone around the corner and come back in a bigger transit type van, hows that for service! Driver that picked me up from airport after trip was also very lovely and chatty. When I got to my car it was parked in a way so that it was easy to exit. No damage done to the car. Thanks FlyPark!
I have an inquiry and called them, today. The customer care guy interrupted me and said everything is on the website. I told him that I want to ask something which I could not find it on the website. He disconnected the phone saying that everything is on their website, and sounds racist to me. What a loser. Flypark should hire something who really want to do their job. It was very unprofessional and rude way. I will never recommend anyone to this.
I just wanted to say thanks to the man who did everything he could so I don't miss my flight & they picked me up as soon as I arrived from my trip.
i Gmapped the entrance beforehand so had no probs on the day. Fast & friendly receptionist, prompt and friendly shuttle driver. was in & out in 10mins. same on arrival 3 weeks later. picked up within 15mins, with my vehicle waiting outside reception - bingo! I recently parked my vehicle here for 3 weeks in Oct 19 and had hassle free experience (as above) - and give them 5 stars this time too
