Have been bringing my 78 year old mum to Daniel to get fitted for Hearing aids. What a true pleasure. Daniel & the staff are exceptional & have made mum (as well as myself & sister-inlaw) feel very comfortable & welcome. Everything was clearly explained so it was easy for mum to understand the whole process. This is the place to go if you need hearing aids, true professionals.

Daniel was super efficient and professional, explained the details of my hearing loss and then hearing aid options very clearly and plainly, and made decision making easy. I felt that Daniel's follow-up service and ultimate desire to make sure I had the right solution was always a priority for him. As many people do when facing hearing loss, I put off making an appointment - on reflection if I knew it was going to be this easy, I would have done it alot sooner. My experience at Focus Hearing Howick was fantastic. Daniel was so professional and knowledgeable. I have had my hearing aids for a month now and they are the best ever. My last pair were always falling out and were very annoying and hurt my ear canals. Daniel took a mould of my ear canals and the new aids fitted perfectly. I am 79 years old and the owner of hearing aids. My aids are about seven years old and have been previously serviced only by their original provider. I recently sought advice from Daniel about a feedback problem I was suffering and, which distressed me seriously whenever the aids were in use. Thanks to Daniel the feedback has gone and following a hearing test and some adjustment, I learned more about my hearing in my first visit to him than I did in the previous seven years.
