You need to find someone else to answer the phone. Because she was so rude and condescending to me I cancelled my home visit. I had never had interaction with her before this. Sorry I had the misfortune of speaking to her a couple of weeks ago. Not sure what her problem was as I was nice to her ? A shame because your reviews are good. She cost you a sale. Found another company that spoke to me with respect and will do the job for me. I hope this feedback will result in her losing her bad attitude, and speaking nicely to any potential future customers that ring your company.

Referred by manufacturer, Called to request an estimated quote for a specific repair, the rep did not want to give any estimated quote, but happily to inform me price for a call out and told me to ask manufacturer for cost of parts. And they wanted to charge you 12 for health and safety/ mask, gloves and ppe.
