Was only given 15 minutes at 75. Not a full treatment as there was a busy schedule of appointments being the day before Christmas. Understand the 'rush' but still expected a full treatment. One heel cracked the next day. Very disappointed. Was offered a free second consult, but not keen if this is the type of service given.

Came with an ingrown toenail which had been a problem for months. During my first and second visits, Ryan fixed the issue considering my circumstances as I was breastfeeding and explained my options moving forward. In my next visit with Divya, I went ahead with minor surgery to deal with the issue permanently. Both were lovely to deal with and very knowledgeable in what they do. Also thanks to Lucy who is very empathetic when I call to book an appointment. Thank you Foot Mechanics.
