Everything was quick and easy and my time at reception was effortless with the lovely reception staff. A very nice, warm, welcoming and friendly environment as soon as you step foot in the door. Customer service could not be faulted. Pleasant receptionists not to mention the directions I had to receive to get me to the location on time ! Facilities. Perhaps better signage of your facilities at your front gate for customers trying to locate you. The clinic treatment I received was very professional and my issues and proposed treatment clearly defined by Brian Koh.

Great to see a professional, get professional advice, and escape without actually needing any further follow up or treatment or new orthotics for at least a year. Nice feeling.
